From 12 to 19 June 2026, the Région Hauts-de-France is organising a unique week-long event — France’s second major AI highlight, 18 months after Paris. The Grand Sommet de l’IA AVEC NOUS takes place on 12 June in Lille, before the Festival spreads across the Hauts-de-France region until 19 June. To decide together on the AI we want, in the service of progress, for everyone. On this occasion, lille3000 will present three art installations generated by artificial intelligence.

Portal is an interactive installation that invites visitors to speak a request aloud into a microphone; this request is then transformed into an animated image and displayed in real time on a screen.
This installation offers a glimpse into a dreamlike world, guided by a collective imagination, which takes the form of a constantly shifting visual representation. Within the intricacies of algorithmic creation, the observer becomes an active participant in their own journey. They direct, guide and challenge the algorithms, in a dance between the biological brain and the mechanical brain, in which these intelligences of different natures respond to one another and evolve together. With this work, Obvious, adopting a humanist approach, places the visitor at the centre of the creative process.
Nevertheless, this installation aims to question the human relationship with the power of technology and the dependence it engenders. Yesterday information, today intelligence, tomorrow creativity?

Anne Horel is a French visual artist and filmmaker born in 1984, based in Paris. Deeply immersed in digital culture and technologies since 2009, she has developed a visual language that blends digital collage, pop culture, surrealism, experimental animation and hybrid storytelling.
A pioneer in the artistic use of AI, she has been integrating these technologies into her audiovisual creations since 2022, exploring the aesthetics of the uncanny valley, social critique and alternative narratives.
At the intersection of contemporary art and animated film, her work is featured in museums, galleries and international art fairs as well as in cinemas. Represented by Galerie Julie Caredda (Paris) for the art market and by Partizan for audiovisual production since 2015, she has exhibited notably at the Palais de Tokyo and in around ten countries, from the United States to Japan, via the United Arab Emirates and Colombia.
